Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in top tier consulting
  • 3+ years at an operating/strategy role at a high-growth company. F&B, consumer products, retail experience is a plus
  • Creative problem solver - you think beyond the ‘by the book’ approach
  • “Get things done” mindset - ready to roll up your sleeves to deliver output
  • Even if you have not worked in the industry, you have a strong appreciation for consumer products, F&B, hospitality.
  • You have to be very versatile to do well in this role. There will be constant context switching and parallel work-streams!
Responsibilities
  • Build the plan: Set clear business targets, prioritise initiatives, and create sharp actionable roadmaps.
  • Track progress: Lead the data and insights function to deliver dashboards and reports that empower better decision-making.
  • Drive change: Project manage cross-functional stakeholders and oversee the execution of key initiatives, ensuring we’re all ‘moving as one’
  • Identify opportunities: understand the business inside out, proactively coming up with hypotheses and opportunities that could steer our strategy
  • Seek truth: Step into critical projects, delivering deep research and analysis to uncover game-changing insights and learnings
  • Improve ways of working: Develop strategic frameworks, systems, and processes to streamline decision-making and collaboration.
  • Lead transformative projects: Own transformative initiatives end-to-end, from ideation to execution, with a Global lens
  • Experiment and scale: Drive research, prototype solutions, gather learnings, and launch game-changing ideas.
