About the job
- An Associate of Arts or Bachelor of Arts degree, or equivalent experience, and at least 12 Early Childhood Education core units are required.
- At least 2 years of early childhood teaching experience are required.
- At least 1 year of educational leadership experience is required.
- Must take initiative and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must communicate effectively with emotional intelligence.
- Must have a love and passion for working with young children.
- Drive enrollment through tours, follow-up, and family communication.
- Support daily school operations and administrative functions.

- Support student enrollment, family engagement, staff development, and administrative oversight.
- Administrator and Infant Toddler Development units are highly preferred.
