About the company

Lndmrk is a cross-border real estate platform that manages the entire lifecycle of international property in one place. It helps owners and investors buy, finance, manage, and sell properties across multiple countries without juggling separate agents or providers. The platform combines a portfolio view, a real estate marketplace, and financing and transaction tools to streamline international property activity. Unlike traditional real estate services that require working with many firms in different jurisdictions, Lndmrk puts buyers at the center and provides a transparent, unified system for all property-related tasks. The goal is to make international real estate easier for globally mobile individuals, letting them manage and grow their international portfolios more fluidly.

What believers are saying

  • Madison Realty Capital and Siguler Guff financed Twenty Sixth & 2nd with $126 million.
  • Twenty Sixth & 2nd reached 72 percent under contract before May 2026 groundbreaking.
  • Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences launched January 2026 with 244 units and $500,000 studios.

What critics are saying

  • Lndmrk's terms forbid the platform from brokering sales or holding client money without permits.
  • LinkedIn lists only 1-10 employees, making Miami delivery and Dubai brokerage brittle.
  • If Wynwood absorption slows by 2028, Lndmrk's only visible pipeline collapses.

What makes Lndmrk unique

  • Offers discovery, financing, conveyancing, management, and exit in one cross-border real-estate workflow.
  • Uses separate DIFC platform and Dubai brokerage entities, matching regulated and unregulated functions.
  • Targets borderless owners with portfolio tools, AI analytics, and digital documentation.
