Requirements

  • Ability to adapt and build good working relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Draft and propose events in French and English for companies using the hotel's salons and beach facilities.
  • Track event files and handle invoicing, including requests for deposits and pro forma invoices.
  • Assist the Special Events Director with internal and client meetings, banqueting and advertising proposals, and administrative and operational follow-up of large-scale events involving technical and catering operations.
  • Draft and update the hotel's banqueting offering.
  • Prepare forecast revenue for the hotel's banquet activities.
  • Carry out other occasional assignments.
