Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and project management of Talent Management’s career development and leadership development programs across the organization
  • Facilitate internally designed programs including onboarding sessions, skill-building content, and leadership development programs
  • Assess our needs for new Talent Management programs and consider how to scale these programs as our headcount and number of locations increases in the coming years
  • Support Talent Management’s survey and assessment strategy for career development programs, informing changes to current programs
  • Work closely with our HR Business Partners and leaders across the organization to execute overarching Talent Management strategies
  • Manage a team to design and implement scalable Talent Management programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a high-performance culture
