Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Support and oversee technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and project deliverables.
  • Supervise and coordinate efforts across multiple tasks, teams, or activities to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement program controls, management procedures, and operational strategies.
  • Formulate project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Manage personnel actions, including hiring, performance evaluations, and task assignments.
  • Coordinate the efforts of diverse teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and other procurement policies, as applicable.
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements and implement necessary procedural updates.
Desired Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in project supervision or management, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience on technical projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing technical projects such as engineering or IT systems
  • Experience in developing and implementing program controls, budgets, and schedules
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, project management, or a related field
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent
  • Experience with procurement processes and contract management in federal or corporate environments
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage personnel, and ensure alignment of efforts across multiple tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and adaptability
