Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
  • Maintain full registration with ESSA or AHPRA.
  • Pass a national criminal check before commencing employment.
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check.
  • Have full Australian working rights.
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence.
  • Successfully complete all mandatory pre-employment checks, which may include background verification in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
Responsibilities
  • Meet clients in person or virtually to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Conduct vocational and psychosocial assessments.
  • Provide supportive counselling to build resilience and readiness for work or daily life.
  • Create achievable return-to-work plans with clients, employers, and healthcare partners.
  • Support clients recovering from injury or illness as they work toward recovery, independence, and return to work.
