Responsibilities
Perform building maintenance, construction, and repair tasks including basic heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and related work.
Perform maintenance and repairs on specialized equipment requiring precision and attention to detail.
Follow preventative maintenance schedules and use computerized maintenance management system software to update schedules accurately.
Document new procedures and preventative maintenance schedules for new equipment.
Take ownership of projects from start to finish, prioritizing and solving problems independently with minimal direction.
Perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
Desired Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of one or more building trades, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
Previous building or equipment maintenance experience.
Equipment operator experience, such as forklift or scissor lift operation.

Job Summary Our Facilities Technician helps to ensure that all company facilities and equipment are in perfect working condition by following preventative maintenance schedules and performing repairs as needed. They also assist with the remodeling of our facilities to include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general construction work. Repairs, maintenance, and construction responsibilities are accomplished using hand tools and other specialized equipment. This position plays a key role in supporting a fast-paced environment to ensure a quick turnaround of projects and minimal downtime of facilities and building equipment. We're looking for someone experienced enough to take ownership of this work and run with it, with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform a wide variety of building maintenance, construction, and repair tasks including basic HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other related work
Learn and perform maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of highly specialized equipment requiring a high level of precision and attention to detail
Follow preventative maintenance schedules and use CMMS software to accurately update schedules
Document new procedures and preventative maintenance schedules for new equipment
Take ownership of projects from start to finish, prioritizing and problem-solving independently with minimal direction
