- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or related experience.
- 3-4 years experience in IT support and administration.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android systems knowledge.
- Google Workspace administration
- Intune/Entra administration
- Experience with hardware imaging, staging, and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with user onboarding and access management procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking, and prioritizing capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Manage hardware staging processes
- Handle onboarding, offboarding and access management tasks
- Maintain regular reviews/reconciliation of all IT assets
- Coordinating equipment disposal or recycling
- Assist and lead with IT projects and initiatives
- Leading the monitoring on our different SaaS solutions
- Own level 2 and 3 IT support to help our coworker on a daily basis. Mainly US/San Francisco time zone.
- Identify areas of improvement in business processes
- Events support: during special events such as Dreamforce or Salesforce World Tour.
- Work hand to hand with the head of IT and the security team to provide reports and audits on a monthly and quarterly basis where the goal is to achieve SOC2 and ISO 27001 compliances.
- Enforce security policies to safeguard the organization's data and IT assets.
