Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or related experience.
  • 3-4 years experience in IT support and administration.
  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android systems knowledge.
  • Google Workspace administration
  • Intune/Entra administration
  • Experience with hardware imaging, staging, and deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with user onboarding and access management procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking, and prioritizing capabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to professionally interact with management and coworkers.
Responsibilities
  • Leading office support and operations in the US
  • Manage hardware staging processes
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding and access management tasks
  • Maintain regular reviews/reconciliation of all IT assets
  • Coordinating equipment disposal or recycling
  • Assist and lead with IT projects and initiatives
  • Leading the monitoring on our different SaaS solutions
  • Own level 2 and 3 IT support to help our coworker on a daily basis. Mainly US/San Francisco time zone.
  • Identify areas of improvement in business processes
  • Events support: during special events such as Dreamforce or Salesforce World Tour.
  • Work hand to hand with the head of IT and the security team to provide reports and audits on a monthly and quarterly basis where the goal is to achieve SOC2 and ISO 27001 compliances.
  • Enforce security policies to safeguard the organization's data and IT assets.
