About the job
- Preparing a Bac+4/+5 qualification in human resources, business school, or a specialized university program in human resources.
- Strong written communication and spelling skills.
- Good command of office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Canva.
- Interest in digital tools and automation of human resources processes.
- Fluent English is required.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Create and track hiring requests and manage employee departures in the human resources information system.
- Prepare contract requests, employment promises, and other human resources administrative documents.
- Prepare letters and certificates related to employees' different situations.
- Coordinate operational tracking of arrivals and departures with the payroll department.
- Update and monitor human resources key performance indicators related to recruitment, arrivals, and departures.
- Participate in the recruitment campaign for apprentices and interns by briefing managers, publishing offers, conducting interviews, and preparing employment proposals.
- Track interns and apprentices from arrival through departure.
- Conduct mid-term and end-of-program check-ins with interns and apprentices.
- Manage the administrative follow-up of interns and apprentices, including CERFA forms, internship agreements, and certificates.
- Participate in the administrative monitoring of training for the Group.
- Organize onboarding days and contribute to the quality of the onboarding experience.
- Participate in updating the company organization chart.
- Contribute to internal communications and propose initiatives for employees.
- Participate in cross-functional human resources projects and update human resources policies.
- Independently manage selected human resources projects according to business needs and the candidate's profile.
- Contribute to improving and automating human resources processes and using digital tools.
- A first experience in a human resources department would be appreciated.
