Quality Engineering Lead
Normalyze is a cybersecurity startup, and we are looking to hire a Quality Engineering Lead who will be an integral part of our team, leading the efforts of quality assurance across multiple product areas.
This role will be the first hire in the Quality team and will be hands-on. This role will focus on centralizing the QA across the product features, and take up responsibility in keeping our test automation coverage at higher levels. You will work with our development teams as they utilize our test automation framework and tools to test their software before deployment. You’ll have the opportunity to be the technical lead for ensuring high product quality, being part of the release process. You will also work closely with other teams as we identify products, features, and areas that will need to be supported with new test automation tests or extending our framework.

Experience
- 8+ years of Software QA experience working on Enterprise Security or networking
- Expert level Experience with REST API driven automation using Python/Javascript
- Experience with Public cloud compute/networking expertise with at least one of AWS/GCP/Azure
- Experience in acting as a QA technical lead for SaaS product is plus
- Provide thorough Technical Leadership in the areas of Security, Data Security, Cloud Based Orchestration, Cloud delivered Security, Cloud Networking and Automation Design
- Ability to build emulation tools for testing public cloud resources
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced, innovative environment adapting to new technologies
- BS or MS degree required
