Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Throughout the day, collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous refinement of applications ensure alignment with evolving business objectives. The position demands a balance of creativity and technical precision to deliver effective and efficient software that supports organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Continuously improve application performance and user experience through iterative development.
- Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Experience in designing and configuring automated test cases to ensure software quality.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within complex application environments.
- Familiarity with integration of testing tools within continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
