- Ensure all service areas are fully stocked with guest amenities and advertising material.
- Refill, replace, and store towels and linen correctly.
- Perform basic maintenance, or report and coordinate major maintenance requirements.
- Report lost property according to hotel procedures.
- Ensure equipment is maintained, used, and stored correctly.
- Use appropriate chemicals for cleaning while maintaining safe work practices.
