Responsibilities
  • Lead webinar-led onboarding and activation for SMB/Core customers by delivering recurring onboarding webinars to configure Aircall, explain key features, and achieve first value quickly.
  • Set the onboarding tone and ensure customers know how to get started confidently.
  • Provide reactive one-on-one onboarding support by assisting customers with basic configuration, early setup blockers, and best-practice guidance to enable activation without friction.
  • Proactively monitor portfolio health by reviewing weekly health and usage signals to identify where customers may need a quick check-in; perform targeted, practical outreach to keep customers on track.
  • This work isn’t about volume; it’s about timeliness and clarity. You’re the steady touchpoint that keeps customers moving forward without needing a high-touch engagement.
  • Serve as the first technical guide for Account Managers by providing practical, easy-to-understand explanations of workflows or product configuration to help AMs move forward; not responsible for deep technical troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate customer escalations with structure and calm by facilitating updates across Support, Product, and Account Management, ensuring consistent updates, aligned expectations, and informed customers during resolution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Support, and Product to ensure a seamless onboarding experience; share insights to improve playbooks, onboarding content, and customer-facing resources to shape a scalable, high-quality onboarding motion.
