Unlike many peers, it remains privately owned by the Herwig family and has grown through steady acquisitions such as Procargo (2011) and AirOcean Ireland (2024). Its goal is to connect global trade with reliable logistics by combining traditional service with digital capabilities and ongoing global expansion.
