Requirements

Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management
Previous experience in a Retrofit Coordinator role
Strong knowledge of domestic dwellings and regulations related to retrofitting
Good knowledge of ECO and ECO funding requirements
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Full clean driving license

Responsibilities

Assessing the suitability of a property to receive retrofit investments
Retrofit coordination of multiple concurrent PAS 2030 projects
Liaising with Retrofit Assessors, Installers, and their customers as necessary
Develop custom home retrofit plans which set out the steps that need to be taken to improve the energy performance of their home, with recommended order of works and outline of the likely costs and impacts
Promoting the benefits of low carbon retrofit to customers and providing updates/timeframes of work
Providing accurate and up-to-date advice about low carbon retrofit options
Ensuring the high-quality work is delivered in a timely manner
Providing exceptional customer service
Provide a range of direct technical services to internal partners around the PAS 2035 standard

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retrofit Coordinator to join Octopus Energy ECO. The Retrofit Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the assessment of dwellings as well as the subsequent specification, approval, monitoring, and evaluation of energy efficiency measures, in accordance with PAS 2035.

Working within Octopus Energy ECO, you’ll have direct interactions with the entire team to ensure our customers are cared for and offered a correct suite of energy efficiency offerings.

What you’ll do

Assessing the suitability of a property to receive retrofit investments.

What you’ll need

Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management
