CauzzyAI and Unilever Prestige Partner to Accelerate AI Innovation Across Prestige Beauty TMCnet News [September 04, 2026] | / | CauzzyAI and Unilever Prestige Partner to Accelerate AI Innovation Across Prestige Beauty CauzzyAI (cauzzy.ai) today announced a strategic partnership with Unilever Prestige, bringing its Enterprise AI platform within the Unilever Prestige portfolio. The collaboration marks a significant milestone in Unilever Prestige's vision to become an AI-native enterprise, embedding intelligent AI into everyday business operations to accelerate innovation, simplify complex processes, and enable teams to make faster, more informed decisions. As AI reshapes the future of consumer goods, Unilever Prestige is moving beyond experimentation to enterprise-wide transformation. Through CauzzyAI's enterprise AI platform, participating brands will leverage intelligent "AI Agents" that securely connect across ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite), enterprise data warehouses, and other critical business applications to automate complex workflows, generate real-time business insights, and help teams focus on higher-value work that drives growth and innovation. The partnership is designed to create measurable impact across finance, operations, supply chain, commercial planning, and executive decision-making by simplifying access to enterprise knowledge, accelerating business processes, and enabling smarter, data-driven decisions across the organization. Rather than introducing another AI tool, the collaboration embeds AI into the core of how work gets done, connecting data across business systems, eliminating repetitive manual tasks, and empowerin employees to spend more time innovating, solving complex challenges, and delivering exceptional consumer experiences. The initiative represents another important step in Unilever Prestige's broader technology strategy to integrate AI into the fabric of the business, transforming artificial intelligence from a productivity enhancer into a strategic capability that drives innovation, operational excellence, and long-term competitive advantage. "The companies that lead the next decade won't simply adopt AI, they'll redesign how they innovate around it," said Narayan Parasuraman, CIO, Unilever Prestige. "Our ambition is to embed intelligence into every layer of the business, giving our teams immediate access to insights, automating complexity behind the scenes, and enabling faster, more confident decisions. AI isn't just another technology capability; it's becoming a catalyst for how modern organizations innovate, collaborate, and grow." "For years we've optimized workflows. Now we're reimagining how work happens," said MC Gasco Busson, CEO of Unilever Prestige. "When AI can reason across our enterprise data, connect information that previously lived in silos, and simplify complex processes, our people can spend more time solving meaningful business challenges, creating exceptional consumer experiences, and accelerating innovation across our portfolio. That's where the real competitive advantage lies." Unlike traditional AI assistants that respond to individual prompts, CauzzyAI's "AI Agents" are designed to understand business context, orchestrate complex workflows across multiple enterprise systems, and continuously surface insights that help organizations operate with greater speed, intelligence, and agility. "We're entering an era where AI becomes part of every business decision, every operational process, and every innovation cycle," said Josh LaSov, Co-Founder and CEO of CauzzyAI. "The organizations that embrace this shift first won't simply become more efficient, they'll become more adaptive, more intelligent, and better equipped to innovate at scale. Unilever Prestige recognizes that AI is evolving from a productivity tool into a foundational business capability. "This partnership validates a new generation of enterprise AI," LaSov continued. "We're building AI that understands how businesses operate, connects knowledge across the enterprise, and helps people move from information to action in seconds." As leading consumer brands increasingly invest in generative AI to transform product innovation, customer engagement, and enterprise operations, Unilever Prestige is taking a broader approach by embedding AI across the organization to create a more intelligent, agile, and connected business. Together, Unilever Prestige and CauzzyAI are demonstrating how enterprise AI can unlock meaningful business outcomes while empowering people to innovate faster, simplify complexity, and shape the future of prestige beauty. Unilever expands zero-emission logistics network in the UAE through new partnership with Union Coop. Unilever and Union Coop are expanding their collaboration in the UAE on sustainable supply chain operations through the deployment of Unilever's existing electric vehicle fleet on key distribution routes. The initiative will initially facilitate deliveries from Unilever's warehouse to Union Coop's distribution center before being scaled to selected retail stores across the country. The transition to electric mobility is expected to save 8,900 liters of fuel annually and reduce carbon emissions by nearly 23.9 tonnes of CO[2] each year. The truck has a capacity of 26 standard pallets, or 25 tonnes, and an average range of 375 kilometres on a single charge. This makes it suitable for high-volume FMCG distribution, where vehicle utilization, loading efficiency and route reliability are critical. The deployment builds on Unilever GCC's successful run of the first EV van in 2023, and a heavy-duty electric truck in UAE logistics which together saved 98,500 litres of fuel, reducing approximately 257 tonnes of CO[2] emissions since the onset. These initiatives were among the actions recognised when Unilever was named Middle East Fleet of the Year at the 2024 Truck and Fleet Awards. This partnership and additional route gives both companies a live operating environment to assess charging, route planning, loading, vehicle utilisation and service reliability under everyday supply-chain conditions. The initiative supports Unilever's wider Climate Transition Action Plan, with an ambition to reach net zero across its value chain by 2039. It also aligns with the UAE's direction on cleaner mobility, including the UAE Net Zero 2050 Strategy, the National Electric Vehicles Policy and the new Climate Change Law, which strengthens the national framework for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. At a time when regional disruptions have placed pressure on supply chains and business continuity, the deployment shows how sustainability can remain embedded in day-to-day operations. Logistics remains one of the key areas where Unilever is working with partners to reduce emissions through transport optimisation, fleet transition, electric vehicles, alternative fuels and more efficient distribution models. Ahmed Kadous, Vice President - Customer Operations, Unilever GCC, Turkey, Pakistan & Bangladesh said: "Building a lower-carbon supply chain requires collaboration across the entire value chain. The transition cannot be driven through one large move. However, we believe that it can be built route by route, with partners who are willing to test, learn and improve. As we continue to expand our zero-emission logistics footprint, we remain committed to supporting the UAE's sustainability ambitions while serving consumers efficiently and responsibly." Mr. Saleh Al Hammadi - Director, Operations Div., Union Coop said: "At Union Coop, sustainability is an integral part of the way we operate and grow. We are committed to working with partners who share our vision of building a more sustainable future. Our collaboration with Unilever to introduce electric vehicle deliveries reflects our joint commitment to reducing carbon emissions through practical and innovative solutions while ensuring operational excellence. This initiative supports the UAE's Net Zero ambitions and demonstrates how strategic partnerships can deliver lasting environmental and business value." As a trusted UAE partner, Unilever GCC continues to strengthen its front-runner role in environmental stewardship, in line with the UAE Net Zero 2050 Strategy. The inclusion of the EV truck builds on a series of pioneering sustainability initiatives introduced earlier by Unilever GCC, including piloting a rail freight transportation solution with Etihad Rails to reduce emissions and has undertaken wider supply chain network redesign initiatives across the region to drive greater efficiency and sustainability. Through pioneering operational initiatives, locally manufactured brands and cross-sector partnerships, the company translates climate commitments into practical, scalable action, and contributes to the UAE's industrial and climate ambitions towards a more resilient future for the region.
