Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five to eight years of product marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English across spoken, presentation, and written mediums.
  • Curiosity and interest in technology and new products.
  • Interest in understanding merchants and end consumers and helping determine suitable solutions.
  • Willingness to work with cross-border teams.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing go-to-market strategies that drive merchant adoption.
  • Write clear and concise product materials to communicate and deliver new features to the team and users.
  • Assist in product development with engineers and designers.
  • Research users' needs and pain points.
  • Develop product expertise by understanding the competitive landscape, evolving market needs, and their relationship to the company's mission and vision.
Desired Qualifications
  • Product marketing experience in e-commerce, business-to-business or business-to-consumer software as a service.
  • Mandarin speaking ability.
