Requirements
At least one year of experience in youth-focused behavioral health.
A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license and an insured personal vehicle meeting $100,000/$300,000 coverage requirements to transport youth.
Must have a Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid certification, and a negative TB test.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Responsibilities
Work one-to-one with youth and caregivers across Apache Junction, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, and Florence.
Use the Ansell Casey Assessment to identify needs and teach social skills and daily independence skills.
Plan therapeutic activities, sports, and recreational outings in local parks and venues.
Collaborate with DCS to support family reunification and help families build stability.
Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain documentation to track goals and milestones.
Travel throughout the valley, transport youth, and conduct activities indoors and outdoors.
Work Monday through Saturday, with hours varying based on client needs.

Your Mission for Success You will work 1:1 with youth and caregivers across Apache Junction, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, and Florence to create lasting change through:
Life Skills Training: Using the Ansell Casey Assessment to identify needs and teaching everything from social skills to daily independence.
Community Impact: Planning therapeutic activities, sports, and recreational outings in local parks and venues that make learning "hands-on."
Reunification Support: Collaborating with DCS to help families stay together and build a stable future.
Goal Tracking: Developing individualized treatment plans and maintaining high-quality documentation to celebrate every milestone.
The Schedule & Environment
Flexible & Active: Monday – Saturday, with hours varying based on client needs.
Year-Round Engagement: Impact continues through summer and school breaks.
On the Move: This is a community-based role involving travel throughout the valley, frequent movement, transport, and both indoor and outdoor activities.
