  • Experience providing eDiscovery program management and staff management in a government contracting or similar environment.
  • Ability to oversee administrative logistical support for contracts, including notifying the Government of schedule changes, work assignments and coverage, documenting daily tasks, and work location changes.
  • Experience ensuring daily time entry is recorded by all contract staff.
  • Ability to coordinate onboarding of new contract staff with FBI security, information technology, and other administrative units.
  • Experience mentoring and assisting new team members to perform daily tasks.
  • Ability to promptly and thoroughly address performance or personnel issues within contracted staff.
  • Experience managing client expectations and deliverables and communicating with clients clearly and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to initiate process improvement initiatives and facilitate communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise to support full life cycle management of resources assigned to the program and contract.
  • Experience participating in teleconferences or meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives.
  • Ability to assist in managing the Legal Clerical mailbox and tasks.
  • Ability to develop and track clerical and information technology project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ability to assist with providing information sought by clients relevant to support Change Requests and Contract Modifications.
  • Ability to oversee and monitor all scheduled system maintenances in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Ability to review system and application logs and related reports to verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Ability to review and report technical assessments including required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort for any scope project.
  • Ability to oversee and monitor Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry recognized review platform processes.
  • Ability to oversee and monitor the system administration of Microsoft Exchange - 2019 and 2022.
  • Ability to oversee and monitor the administration and support of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 in a large physical and virtual infrastructure.
  • Ability to oversee and monitor the performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories.
  • Ability to oversee and monitor Discovery’s IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS) and network architecture.
  • Ability to comply with contract terms and conditions and work collaboratively with the Contracting Officer's Representative to define and execute all reports and other deliverables.
  • Ability to ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365-day requirements and priorities as identified by Office of the General Counsel Leadership.
  • Ability to formulate and enforce work standards and assign contractor schedules.
  • Ability to present and communicate instructions and, in writing, reports or documents that convey the findings/results of analysis to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the COR and Office of General Counsel Government Leads to define and execute all reports and other deliverables.
  • Ability to provide the Task Lead(s) and Contracting Officer's Representative with cost and staffing estimates for existing tasks and possible future tasks.

  • Ability to ensure conformance with RFQ schedules and costs.

Responsibilities
