About the company

Arcan Capital is a privately held real estate company that buys and manages apartment properties in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and South-Central United States, with a focus on secondary and tertiary market multi-family opportunities. Its services involve acquiring apartment communities and overseeing their day-to-day management and value-enhancement efforts to improve performance across its regional portfolio. Unlike many firms that target primary markets, Arcan Capital concentrates on less-populated areas where there may be more room to grow rents and occupancy, leveraging regional expertise and hands-on asset management to create value. The company’s goal is to build and operate a growing portfolio of rental properties that deliver steady income and long-term appreciation by focusing on these targeted markets.
