- Three to four years of experience in an advertising agency.
- A well-rounded portfolio showcasing expertise in creative thinking, the written or spoken word, and the results of compelling and emotionally engaging work.
- Collaborate to design and visually develop campaigns, creating concepts that inspire both clients and the team.
- Develop comps, mockups, storyboards, and final assets across multiple channels.
- Partner with copywriters and other creatives to bring ideas to life seamlessly and powerfully.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards for craft, brand consistency, and deadlines.
- Contribute to creative strategy and help shape the visual voice of the brands being worked on.
- Push ideas further, sweat the details, and refine work to deliver the strongest possible result.
