About the job
- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Advertising, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Three to four years of experience in an advertising agency.
- A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, written or spoken communication, and compelling, emotionally engaging work.
- Collaborate on the design and visual development of campaigns, creating concepts that inspire clients and the team.
- Develop comps, mockups, storyboards, and final assets across multiple channels.
- Partner with copywriters and other creatives to bring ideas to life.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards for craft, brand consistency, and deadlines.
- Contribute to creative strategy and help shape the visual voice of the brands being worked on.
- Refine ideas and details to deliver the strongest possible work.
