  • Minimum of 10+ years of related Industry experience
  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Understanding of complex technical sales cycles, processes, and methodologies
  • Experience in learning design and measurement, enablement tooling, gamification, and program management
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong consultative skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Report into and work from a Snowflake office location in San Mateo or Dublin, CA
Responsibilities
  • Act as a mini-CLO for respective programs focusing on Industry selling
  • Drive end-to-end ownership of key enablement programming
  • Translate technical product releases and industry use cases into consumable materials
  • Deliver a Point of View to stakeholders and drive collaboration on enablement
  • Serve as a consulting partner to local leaders and deliver localized programming
  • Be accountable for measuring and improving Industry knowledge/skill gaps
  • Provide feedback to the Onboarding team on field readiness
  • Domain expertise in Industry Enablement skills, Industry Product & industry knowledge, Selling methodologies & skills, and Run the business skills
