Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Some work experience in human resources, organizational development, or industrial/organizational psychology is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop organizational structure, process, and procedure documentation.
- Find and establish organizational development best practices and adapt and implement them in the workplace.
- Plan projects to ensure organizational effectiveness and successful work results.
- Initiate proper implementation of organizational development programs.
- Develop evaluative systems to ensure the effectiveness of organizational development programs.
- Promote innovation and collaboration between the organization's various departments.
- Determine intern staff requirements and develop internship project plans.
- Manage and supervise organizational development interns, including communicating expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing accomplishments.
- Organize and lead meetings to follow up on project updates and establish future expectations with interns.
- Provide communication between organizational development interns and the organizational development director or co-director.
- Provide weekly updates for the weekly newsletter.
- Attend professional meetings and training workshops and read field publications to enhance professional competence.
Desired Qualifications
- A Master's degree is preferred.
