  • Analyze and understand complex business and engineering challenges
  • Elicit user needs and designing end-to-end user experience
  • Collaborate with multiple small teams to design, develop and deliver product features
  • Lead a team of Product Analysts and Systems Analysts
  • Drive key ceremonies with client including Roadmap Planning session, Program Increment Planning session, Change Control Board
  • Create a product strategy and roadmap and develop a communications strategy supporting product goals
  • Identify and proactively monitor and address product risks
  • Work with the team to set and meet quality standards for any product you build
  • Use evidence (user research, analytics, and other metrics) to make product decisions
  • Ensure your product complies with federal regulations
  • Help clients understand how to deliver value to their users
  • Help clients navigate complex bureaucratic relationships
  • Coach the clients in agile and user-centered principles
  • Create and nurture a culture of trust, respect, collaboration, excellence, and innovation
  • Supervise and mentor product managers and product analysts
  • Promote the application of design thinking and agile methodologies within your teams
