Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of Product Management experience (ideally in enterprise software serving a technical audience).
  • You have either worked as an engineer previously or possess a deep interest, understanding and knowledge of web frontend technologies as well as frontend performance.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership: you will own and measure outcomes along with sales, technical solutions, marketing, etc.
  • You are customer focused with high quality standards for your products.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas to technical stakeholders and executives alike.
Responsibilities
  • Identify customers' needs and business opportunities through quantitative data analysis and qualitative customer interviews.
  • Translate needs and opportunities into business cases, features, product requirements, and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and product.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical writing teams to deliver new features and services that are easy to use and understand.
  • Communicate feature releases to internal and external users for efficient go-to-market and product discovery.
