Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze the evolving AI regulatory and policy landscape (domestic and international), including legislative proposals, regulatory guidance, case laws, and enforcement actions.
  • Use AI tools for horizon scanning to detect upcoming legislation, enforcement actions, and regulatory trends.
  • Translate complex regulatory and technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Advise on the legal and ethical implications of AI technologies by evaluating the relevant AI technology.
  • Establish mechanisms for ongoing monitoring of AI compliance practices.
  • Collaborate and liaise with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks associated with AI initiatives.
  • Develop strategies and frameworks to mitigate these risks while promoting innovation and compliance.
  • Work with peers to design and use AI RH systems in compliance with relevant AI laws and regulations and Company policies.
  • Be responsible for and participate in the drafting and publication of Company AI Policies.
  • Participate and facilitate in AI Steering Committee and prepare Agenda for each meeting.
