Requirements
  • PhD or Master's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • New college graduate
Responsibilities
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain processes for advanced lithography application.
  • Design and develop photomasks using CAD SW such as KLayout, ensuring high precision and quality.
  • Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on moderately difficult process engineering experiments, within safety guidelines.
  • Implement and validate new lithography techniques and technologies.
  • Perform hardware characterization on moderately difficult systems, within safety guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot moderately complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve moderately difficult process engineering issues.
  • Measure film properties, organize data/reports for review and interpret data.
  • Interact with customers to resolve moderately difficult process engineering issues/problems under general supervision.
  • Identify, select, and work with vendors and suppliers under general supervision.
  • Implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation.
  • Document process specifications, procedures, and best practices
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with advanced lithography techniques and technologies, especially in micro fabrication lab environment.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Knowledge of designing masks; Proficiency in KLayout and ODB++
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of process control and statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
