Requirements
  • An established customer success professional with a proven track record in customer success or a related role.
  • Experience working with medium and large technology companies and building new customer experiences quickly.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-value accounts or projects involving sophisticated clients, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong technical domain knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Software as a Service (SaaS), mobile, application programming interfaces (APIs), marketing automation, direct marketing, analytics, or programming such as HTML.
  • Three to six years of relevant experience in onboarding, customer success, implementations, project management, or a related area.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure commercial alignment and drive client renewals, retention, and net retention targets for assigned customers.
  • Serve as customers’ main point of contact and trusted advisor at Braze.
  • Drive feature adoption by building a shared Success Plan with customers and providing strategic guidance, enablement, and day-to-day advice to help them achieve their objectives with Braze.
  • Drive customer advocacy by building strong customer relationships and creating mutual value for customers and Braze.
  • Analyze customer product usage proactively to identify opportunities and risks to account health.
  • Maintain ongoing customer contact through ad hoc communications, regular check-ins, events, and Executive Business Reviews.
  • Advocate for customers by soliciting and synthesizing product feedback to contribute to product development.
  • Provide continuing education to customers to maximize product usage, identify new or unused Braze features that could provide value, and represent upsell opportunities for Braze.
  • Coordinate with Technical Support, Industry Solutions, Deliverability Services, and other Braze teams to provide customers with strategy, product training, and non-technical support.
  • Work with Onboarding Managers and other Customer Success Partners to transition clients from onboarding to ongoing activity.
  • Act as a point of escalation for customers.
  • Provide mentorship to junior colleagues.
  • Spend time on-site with customers and travel internationally as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Significant project management experience.
  • Formal project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong follow-up skills.
