Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business or appropriate field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience associated with client/account relationship management
  • Strong understanding of federal government business operations and work processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; advanced skills in these tools
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; possess related tools and technology
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Location: Boulder, Colorado (CONUS/OCONUS)
  • Willingness to travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance
  • All staff must be eligible for a Facility Access Authorization (employment authorization) by the US Government Security Office
  • Experience in accounting, budget execution, IT, financial system requirements and analysis, financial planning and reporting, auditing, and internal financial controls (minimum three years)
  • FMFIA experience preferred
  • Security clearance is a valued asset
Responsibilities
  • Develops a deep understanding of organizational strategy and requirements and oversees the monitoring of executive satisfaction and service delivery; maintains relationships with executives and managers and liaises with customers to review, monitor, and report on performance to improve customer satisfaction and meet clients’ needs
  • Support project teams and program managers and provide daily execution assigned work functions
  • Provide management support to collect, evaluate and test financial data for recurring departmental processes; summarize issues and findings clearly
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Conduct periodic reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with various field offices to identify and correct data gaps, financial discrepancies and errors
  • Work with a variety of information technology systems to provide multi-functional Enterprise Services Staff Support Services
  • Provide acquisition support for all bureaus with skills in information technology, financial management, human resources, program management, economic analysis, executive support, and administrative support
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to support standard services across the Department
Desired Qualifications
  • FMFIA experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Federal Managers’ Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA) preferred
  • Security clearance is a valued asset
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years
