- Participate in drafting, analyzing, and negotiating contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Advise internal teams on common legal issues, including commercial law, corporate law, and compliance.
- Contribute to managing legal risks and securing company operations.
- Conduct legal and regulatory monitoring to anticipate developments affecting the business.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with commercial, finance, or human resources teams.
- Support compliance activities, including the General Data Protection Regulation, internal procedures, and good practices.
- A first internship or work-study experience in a legal environment is a plus.
