Requirements
  • 10+ years work experience with a proven track record of success with demonstrable results e.g. in marketing, strategy, product or project management, engineering
  • Undergraduate degree in an analytical/technical e.g. engineering discipline
  • An MBA or equivalent is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Lead the go-to-market strategic plan development and execution for each business area
  • Propose new go-to-market strategies and execution in order to meet the overall strategy and objectives defined in the Long-Range Business Plans
  • Drive continual Voice of the Customer (VOC) activities to validate markets and market segmentation
  • Provide input and support to product management to enable effective management of pricing, product portfolios through lifecycle phases, strategic portfolio analysis, roadmap development, new product introduction process, end of life management / SKU rationalization
  • Develop and support relevant sales training and any ongoing customer presentation materials
  • Provide strategic guidance and work closely with marketing communications to help build brand and drive revenue growth
  • Develop the technical marketing strategy and plan, supporting the development of materials such as presentations, papers, and webinars
