  • 4–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience building growth programs from the ground up and owning acquisition and conversion outcomes from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities
  • Build and own the growth strategy across paid acquisition, SEO/AEO, website conversion, and other acquisition channels.
  • Develop channel strategies by identifying audiences and opportunities and determining what to test, where to invest, and what to scale.
  • Oversee agency partners across paid acquisition and SEO/AEO, setting strategy and priorities, evaluating recommendations, and ensuring execution supports broader growth goals.
  • Execute hands-on where needed, including building campaigns and landing pages, developing copy, and analyzing performance.
  • Own the website as a growth channel and identify opportunities to improve conversion of traffic into signups and qualified opportunities.
  • Build and run structured experiments across messaging, landing pages, calls to action, conversion paths, channels, and campaigns.
