Responsibilities
  • Work on New Business generation across the Spanish market by generating own leads and proposing solutions that lead to maximisation of revenues.
  • Ensure regular contact with clients and prospects on the phone, Zoom and face to face meetings.
  • Demonstrate all Cision services and products at all levels.
  • Become an ambassador for Cision by developing strong relationships with customers through phone calls, contact during meetings, presentations or at industry forums.
  • Provide weekly feedback of sales activity including clients wins/losses, competition activity, product feedback etc.
  • Follow up on all leads and opportunities to ensure that Cision maximises the chance of winning business.
  • Ensure potential and developing accounts are adequately referenced on our CRM system and that the system is being used accordingly to established good practise.
  • Share knowledge and expertise internally.
  • Comply with all company policies (for example, data protection, equal opportunities, diversity and confidentiality).
  • Position the value of Cision’s offering through inbound and outbound methodology to Mid-market organisations.
  • Educate and guide the prospects through the buyer’s journey and help them understand the value of Cision for their organisation.
  • Proactively self-sourced leads via cold calling, outreach, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify engage and develop relationships with potential buyers.
  • Hit daily activity KPIs based on outbound activity.
  • Conduct effective online demonstrations of our service through online meetings and occasionally face-to-face.
  • Build a pipeline (5x your monthly target).
  • Ensure good communication with the Mid Market Customer Service Executives to ensure the smooth set up of new business orders.
  • Input and maintain accurate activity information in Salesforce and Kluster.
  • Report on activity and results daily, weekly and monthly.
