About the Job

Requirements

  • Currently studying industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, quality management, or a comparable degree program.
  • Initial knowledge of quality-management methods and audit procedures, ideally applied in projects or internships.
  • A structured and careful working style for handling complex quality topics.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to understand different perspectives when working with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and spoken German and English.
  • Availability for a mandatory or voluntary six-month internship, including a gap year between bachelor's and master's studies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop concepts for continuous quality improvement when introducing new quality standards and contribute to process development.
  • Support the quality team in planning and conducting internal and external audits.
  • Participate in quality-gate reviews to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the development process.
  • Define quality characteristics for machine acceptance and support suppliers in complying with quality standards.
  • Handle customer complaints as a contact person for customer concerns and contribute to customer success.
