I provide an AI-powered ERP platform for mid-sized companies to manage finance and accounting. It is a cloud-based SaaS that automates reconciliations, reporting, compliance, and multi-entity accounting, with real-time dashboards and anomaly detection, and it can migrate data in 24 hours without external consultants. It differs from traditional ERPs by offering rapid deployment and multi-entity support for firms that have outgrown lightweight tools, avoiding slow, heavy legacy systems. Its goal is to help mid-sized businesses run their finance and accounting more smoothly and gain clear, real-time financial insights through an adaptable upgrade path.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Lightspeed, Khosla, GV, Contrary, and Vesey backed DualEntry's $90 million Series A in October 2025.
  • G2 shows 4.9/5 from 122 reviews as of August 5, 2026.
  • DualEntry's July 2026 demo highlighted 90% automated bank matching and 2-4 week migrations.

What critics are saying

  • NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage own switching budgets; DualEntry faces brutal replacement sales.
  • The product launched in 2025, so 122 reviews and Slash remain thin proof against enterprise churn.
  • If migrations slip beyond 24 hours, DualEntry loses its core promise and category narrative.

What makes DualEntry unique

  • DualEntry's 24-hour migration and zero-consultant implementation beat NetSuite's months-long deployments.
  • Its 13,000 native integrations and MCP-enabled workflows fuse accounting, reporting, and AI automation.
  • Slash adopted DualEntry in 24 hours, showing traction with high-complexity, lean finance teams.
