Thesis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our end-to-end digital journey: from driving users to our website, to maximizing their experience once they’re there, and cultivating long-term customer relationships to build loyalty and advocacy. You will use qualitative and quantitative data to articulate product strategies, develop smart tests, and measure our success to ensure we prioritize innovative, high-impact work. You’ll manage product development from discovery to launch, collaborate cross-functionally with many different internal teams, and become the expert on our customer. This role has a broad remit, which means no two days will be the same. The ideal candidate has prior e-commerce product management experience and is looking for an opportunity to grow their scope and impact.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity. The base salary hiring range for this position is $165,000 - $175,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
