Responsibilities
Understand user needs and provide personalized sports advice.
Manage the layout, stock, pricing, and display in the assigned sport zone.
Handle Click & Collect, Buyback, Rental, and other omnichannel offers.
Monitor and adjust key performance indicators, including sales, NPS, layout score, and shrinkage.
Work with teammates on store operations, including replenishment and deliveries.
Proactively resolve user issues and escalate them when needed.
Represent Decathlon both online and offline.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in customer service or retail is helpful but not required.
Basic knowledge of sports products or involvement in sports activities is welcomed.
Sports certifications or training, such as coaching or fitness instruction, are a positive addition.
