- A high school diploma is required.

- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Communicate with candidates and new employees about pre-employment requirements, start dates, orientation, and onboarding instructions.
- Prepare, distribute, and process new-hire paperwork and onboarding documents.
- Complete I-9 employment eligibility verification and ensure all required documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Enter and maintain employee information.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, document management, and data entry.
- Support day-to-day human resources administrative functions as assigned.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- A two-year college degree is preferred.
- Experience coordinating drug screenings and background checks is preferred.
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus.
