- Proven experience in sales, account executive, or client-facing roles, preferably in staffing, recruitment, business process outsourcing, or managed services.
- Ability to run structured discovery and consultative demos.
- Comfort presenting live candidates to clients and managing real-time interactions.
- Verbal communication skills and a professional presence on video calls.
- Organization and self-direction to own the process from preparation through administrative close.
- Experience using customer relationship management systems and internal collaboration tools; Discord and HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite in Makati, Philippines, and collaborate closely with the sales, talent acquisition, human resources, and operations teams.
- Ability to follow a defined process while adapting to different client needs.
- Study and understand customer intake requirements, then prepare two to three strong candidates from the internal organization’s pool before every sales demo by briefing candidates, confirming availability, and aligning them to the role.
- Conduct discovery and present Wing’s value on Google Meet.
- Bring two to three live candidates into the Google Meet for a short, structured introduction lasting three to five minutes.
- Close the sale upon confirmation of the client’s agreement with the chosen candidate.
- Complete all post-demo administrative work, including internal documentation, customer relationship management updates, and Discord coordination.
- Notify Customer Success when a verbal commitment is secured so onboarding can begin.
- Maintain clear, timely communication in Discord throughout the process.
- Apply the accelerated process playbook to improve close rates and reduce time to staff.
- Background in virtual assistant, staffing, or recruitment services.
- Prior experience closing deals that involve talent matching or candidate introduction.
