Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Understand the complexity of business concepts, structures, and processes, searches for business
  • Create loyal Pipedrive clients by performing outbound calls of prospective and current trial customers
  • Conduct consultative conversations with customers by asking key questions to understand their businesses and needs; including performing demonstrations to show the value of Pipedrive’s solutions
  • Contact customers to follow-up and offer appropriate solutions to ensure that their needs have been correctly and effectively met
  • Become an expert on Pipedrive to be able to provide the right fit solutions to solve customers’ problems
  • Promote teamwork, and be the “Go To” person for its peers by joining a buddy system for new joiners
  • Show interest in other team member’s work and mentors colleagues in order to increase team performance
  • Host Webinars for in trial customers
  • Track and document sales based conversations and activities in our internal Pipedrive “Pedigree” system
