Requirements
  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Masters degree preferred
  • Experience in piping, plumbing, and water treatment technologies
  • Knowledge of electro-membrane separation technologies
  • Experience with electrochemical technologies for water contaminant removal
  • Project management experience
  • 2D and 3D CAD proficiency
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Safety-first mindset
Responsibilities
  • Part design
  • Material selection
  • Design analysis
  • Product design and development
  • Lead troubleshooting and failure analysis
  • Project management
  • Write SOPs, test plans, and reports
  • Optimize designs for cost and reliability
  • Lead and guide engineers/technicians
  • Generate BOMs and manage engineering change process
  • Work in interdisciplinary teams
