- Working knowledge of general accounting concepts

- Process the day-to-day billing activities, including but not limited to, billing, accounts receivable management, and collection
- Preparing liquidity forecasts on a weekly basis
- Own monthly close procedures, including preparation of accounts receivable and deferred revenue related journal entries, reconciliations, and close presentations
- Research and review applicable sales tax calculations; prepare monthly sales tax filings
- Prepare external audit schedules / support audit requests for accounts receivable, as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to implement best practices, automation, and continuous process improvement
- NetSuite experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
