  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Organized and thorough with keen attention to detail, yet efficient and able to meet deadlines

  • Strong computer skills including G Suite and knowledgeable about Internet research tools

Responsibilities
  • Take incoming calls as the primary person responsible
  • Assist in resolving complaints, providing excellent customer service, and keeping BBB’s Business Profiles timely and relevant
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of BBB’s Business Profiles

Downtown-based Clark Schaefer Hackett acquired Strategic HR Inc., a Sycamore Township-based o utsourced human resources management firm that also has offices in Dayton, Northern Kentucky and Louisville.
