Requirements
  • Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting 55 pounds or moving 165 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and operate all associated batching equipment, including clean-in-place and manual cleaning of equipment and piping.
  • Follow recipes and production steps with precision, weighing, measuring, and handling ingredients and additives.
  • Prepare and add flavorings, additives, and other ingredients accurately across the full range of products.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Cellar, Inventory, and Scheduling teams to ensure products are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Keep batching documentation accurate and complete, and perform pre-batching quality checks.
  • Produce in-specification product while following safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Desired Qualifications
  • One to two years of experience in a brewing or production environment.
  • A degree in Brewing Science or Brewing Technology.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills in a brewing or manufacturing setting.
