Requirements
  • At least 4 years of executive support or comparable professional experience, including time supporting VP-level or more senior leaders.
  • A track record of driving work independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, with the judgment to distinguish matters requiring executive decisions from those that do not.
  • Exceptional organisation, record-keeping, and documentation skills, including managing two executives’ priorities without letting either drop.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, including drafting memos or presentations in an executive’s voice and switching between two different executive voices.
  • Strong project planning and time management skills, with experience running projects involving people who do not report to you.
  • Critical and creative thinking, proactive problem solving, and the capacity to exercise considerable judgment and initiative.
  • High emotional intelligence in listening and communication, and the ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfort adopting new artificial intelligence and automation tools quickly, with a habit of testing and sharing effective tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or comparable Microsoft and Mac tools, plus Slack, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Responsiveness to email, Slack, and other requests.
Responsibilities
  • Run two complex, constantly changing diaries and structure each schedule around current priorities.
  • Make trade-off decisions about what receives time, what is delegated, and what is declined for each executive; flag conflicts early and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure the CMO and CPO arrive at meetings on time and prepared with the necessary context, materials, and background.
  • Build thinking and preparation time ahead of board and leadership sessions, product launches and business reviews, marketing campaigns and press activities, and partner conversations.
  • Own the operating rhythm for the marketing and product organisations, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, offsites, and reviews; set agendas, prepare materials, capture decisions, and follow up on resulting actions.
  • Track priorities and commitments across both leadership teams and identify slippage before it becomes a problem.
  • Draft project plans, memos, and status updates, and build presentations and reports for executive audiences.
  • Partner with Finance and People on budget cycles, headcount tracking, and vendor, agency, and business-unit administration, including support for the CPO’s Virtual Clinics remit.
  • Keep the CMO and CPO informed about developments across their respective organisations and filter information according to relevance.
  • Manage external relationships on the CMO’s behalf, including partners, agencies, press, and industry contacts.
  • Support the CPO’s coordination across product, engineering, and design leadership and with Virtual Clinics business-unit stakeholders.
  • Use artificial intelligence and automation tools to remove repetitive work, build efficient workflows, and support projects across both teams; test new tools and share effective practices with the wider executive assistant team.
  • Simplify or retire ineffective processes, create repeatable templates, and maintain usable shared drives and collaboration spaces.
  • Improve information flow through both organisations so decisions and context do not become dependent on one person.
  • Run company all-hands and team town halls end to end for marketing and product.
  • Own workshops from planning through completion, including agenda planning, materials preparation, and facilitation.
  • Act as a culture leader for the marketing and product teams and partner on engagement and recognition work.
  • Plan detailed domestic and international travel for both executives and manage expenses, invoices, and purchase orders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a marketing, brand, or communications organisation, with familiarity with campaign and launch processes.
  • Experience supporting a product organisation, with familiarity with product planning, releases, and cross-functional delivery involving engineering and design.
  • Formal project management experience.

Flo Health ranked #1 in Sifted's top 100 consumer tech companies in Europe.

Flo Health ranked #1 in Sifted's top 100 consumer tech companies in Europe. Jun 11, 2026, 09:00 ET The inaugural list of the most significant consumer technology companies announced at SXSW London LONDON, June 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Flo Health, the world's leading women's health platform and Europe's first femtech unicorn, was ranked #1 in the Sifted Consumer 100, Europe's first dedicated annual ranking of breakout consumer tech startups, demonstrating mainstream adoption, cultural momentum and global significance. The ranking was revealed live at this year's SXSW London during a ceremony at Juju's Bar and Stage, where Chief Financial Officer Tamara Orlova accepted the recognition before an audience of investors, media, and industry leaders. To determine the ranking, Sifted used a scoring model to assess companies across quantitative signals including fundraising track record, funding velocity, investor strength, employee growth and consumer traction, such as app-store performance, ratings, website traffic, search interest and social media mentions. Judges from Sifted's intelligence and editorial teams, alongside SXSW, scored companies across three areas: reach, meaning how widely adopted the product is among consumers; habit, meaning how deeply embedded it is in people's lives; and buzz, meaning the cultural momentum around the brand. The final ranking is designed to identify the European consumer startup with the strongest signs of breakout potential: products consumers are adopting, returning to and talking about, with the ability to scale beyond their home markets. "What makes this recognition especially meaningful is what it says about the future of women's health," said Tamara Orlova, Chief Financial Officer at Flo Health. "For too long, women's health was overlooked by the technology industry. Today, more than 81 million people trust Flo every month to support their reproductive health, fertility, pregnancy, and perimenopause journeys, demonstrating that women's health is not a niche category, but an essential part of everyday life." Building Trust at Scale Flo's top ranking comes as the company's approach to data stewardship has become increasingly central to its market position. The company's Trust and Safety Centre (flo.health/privacy-portal) is a publicly accessible hub where users can review Flo's privacy practices, certifications, and data governance commitments in plain language. The portal reflects a core principle the company has built its product around: trust is the product itself, not a prerequisite for selling one. Flo holds dual ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications. It is the first and only period tracking app to achieve both. ISO 27001 covers information security management; ISO 27701 covers privacy management and maps directly to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance requirements. Both certifications are independently verified and recertified annually. No other app in the femtech category holds the same combination. The company's Anonymous Mode allows users to track menstrual health, fertility data, and pregnancy information without linking any personal identifiers to their health data. The feature was recognized by TIME as a Best Invention in 2023, named a finalist for Fast Company's World Changing Ideas Awards, and won the IAPP Privacy Innovation Award in 2022. The underlying technology uses Oblivious HTTP (OHTTP) and post-quantum cryptography, a combination the company built specifically because existing standards were insufficient for the sensitivity of the data it handles. About Flo Health Flo Health is the #1 Health and Fitness app worldwide and the #1 OB-GYN-recommended platform for period and cycle tracking. In 2024, Flo became the first European femtech unicorn following an investment from General Atlantic and now supports 81 million monthly active users (MAUs) worldwide. Powered by a network of over 100+ medical experts, Flo guides women through every stage of their health journey - from menstruation to conception, pregnancy, and menopause - offering curated cycle and ovulation tracking, personalized health insights, daily educational content, and a private community for users to share questions or concerns. Through its Pass it on Project, Flo has donated 28M Flo Premium subscriptions to improve health literacy to women in need, aiming to reach up to one billion. A leader in privacy and security, Flo Health's Anonymous Mode feature was recognized as one of TIME's Best Inventions 2023 and also named a finalist for Fast Company's 2023 World Changing Ideas Awards as part of the company's commitment to privacy. Dutch privacy group files complaint against Flo over handling of intimate health data.

Dutch privacy group files complaint against Flo over handling of intimate health data. by Nikolaus Dreher Security News Published: 2026 June 2, 01:43 Dutch digital rights organization Bits of Freedom has filed a complaint against popular period-tracking app Flo, accusing the company of unlawfully collecting and sharing highly sensitive user health information. The complaint was submitted to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP), which is now being asked to investigate the app's data practices. According to Bits of Freedom, Flo allegedly processes large amounts of intimate personal information entered by users into the app, including menstrual cycle details, sexual activity, symptoms, headaches, cramps, moods, pregnancy information, and other health-related data. The organization claims users may not fully understand how extensively this information is collected and potentially shared. Flo is one of the world's most widely used fertility and menstrual cycle tracking applications, with millions of users globally. The app allows users to log reproductive health information, receive cycle predictions, and track symptoms related to menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, and overall health. The complaint argues that health-related information collected through apps like Flo falls under special-category personal data protections under the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under GDPR rules, companies processing sensitive medical or health data must meet stricter legal requirements regarding consent, transparency, and data protection. Bits of Freedom alleges that Flo's privacy practices may not satisfy those requirements. The organization specifically raised concerns about whether users are provided with sufficiently clear information about how their data is processed, who may receive access to it, and for what purposes the information could be used. The complaint also references concerns about online advertising and data-sharing practices involving sensitive personal information. Privacy advocates have repeatedly warned that reproductive health apps can create extensive behavioral profiles because users often disclose highly intimate details about their bodies, relationships, and medical conditions. Flo has denied wrongdoing and said it takes user privacy seriously. The company stated that protecting health data is a priority and that it complies with applicable privacy regulations. Flo also said users maintain control over their information and that the company has implemented safeguards designed to protect sensitive data.

The impact is significant: 52% of women in relationships say perimenopause has affected their partnerships, whilst 48% report impacts on exercise ability. Flo is introducing four doctor-backed tools for Premium users from May 2026, including a symptom checker, severity score tracker, menopause timeline and medically-verified relief options guide. The company raised unicorn status in 2024 and serves 80 million monthly active users globally.
