Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Manage financial planning and analysis, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to support decision-making through financial insights and analysis.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities, proposing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
