SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (REMOTE)
We are actively seeking candidates to fill a Sales Support Associate position, to join our industry-leading sales team. foreUP provides all-in-one cloud-based system that serves over 2,000 golf courses. We are a lean, fast-paced, passionate team of professionals who thrive on delivering exceptional products and service to our clients and teammates. Through technological innovation, industry expertise and exceptional service, foreUP is experiencing tremendous growth of our loyal customer base of golf courses.
As a Sales Support Associate your primary responsibility will be providing assistance to our Customer Success Managers in their sales roles focused on foreUP existing customers. This is an entry-level position with opportunity for growth within the foreUP sales organization.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and run marketing campaigns
- Provide clean-up and maintenance of new accounts and contacts in Salesforce database
- Prepare new agreements for existing customers
- Gather customer technology stats for update meetings
- Assist with scheduling sales calls and visits
- Develop deep understanding of foreUP solutions
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Two years of experience in a sales support, marketing support or customer service role
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Education equivalent to Associates Degree, or the equivalent in related work experience demonstrating a sound knowledge of time management, proficient in excel reporting, pivot tables, data analysis, customer service
- Two or more years of related work experience in a sales support capacity. Demonstrating analytical skills while providing excellent customer service to all customers & sales reps preferred
- Demonstrates an elevated level of knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel, Word, Salesforce, PowerPoint; and a general knowledge of general database uses
