  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of experience in a sales support, marketing support or customer service role
Responsibilities
  • Set up and run marketing campaigns
  • Provide clean-up and maintenance of new accounts and contacts in Salesforce database
  • Prepare new agreements for existing customers
  • Gather customer technology stats for update meetings
  • Assist with scheduling sales calls and visits
  • Develop deep understanding of foreUP solutions
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Education equivalent to Associates Degree, or the equivalent in related work experience demonstrating a sound knowledge of time management, proficient in excel reporting, pivot tables, data analysis, customer service
  • Two or more years of related work experience in a sales support capacity. Demonstrating analytical skills while providing excellent customer service to all customers & sales reps preferred
  • Demonstrates an elevated level of knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel, Word, Salesforce, PowerPoint; and a general knowledge of general database uses
